September Meeting

 

The Board of County Commissioners meet in regular session on Monday, September 18, 2006 at the Benton County Courthouse at 6:00 P.M.

 

The Commissioner Approved an Amended set of the submitted Rules of Order to include an open forum to the public before the resolutions are voted on each speaker will get 2 minutes and the open floor will not extend more then 30 minutes.  This is in addition to being able o be put on the agenda for up to 2 minutes per resolution to speak by contacting you commissioner within 24 hours before the meeting.  A complete set of the runs of order will be published on this site whose made available by the mayor's office.  The Rules Passed as Amended 16-1
