March Meeting
The Board of County Commissioners meet in
regular session on Monday, March 19, 2007 at the Benton County Courthouse at
6:00 P.M.
The second of two readings Resolution approving a WHEEL TAX in the amount of $35.00 to be levied on each motor driven vehicle
and motorized bicycle (0220-11) passed 12-5-1.
The commissioners voting yes were: Vickie Howe, Stephen Stokes,
Sam Rainwaters, Randy Patton, Jo Jones, Roger Pafford, Barry Barnett, Robert Pace, Lawrence Atkins,
Ronnie Pierce, Mar Steinbuck and Gary Evans.
The Commissioners voting no were: Eddie Griggs, William McDaniel, Sonny Hall,
Perry Hensley and Randall Clark

Resolution appropriated funds in the amount of $28,750 from the

Resolution authorized Wiseman to enter into a contract with
Community Development Partners, LLC. to provide
administrative management services as require to implement the 2007 HOME
